MEET ALI
Ali Fesharaki is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling all phases of complex commercial and consumer litigation and class actions—from pre-trial strategy to courtroom advocacy—in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.
Before founding the Law Office of Ali Fesh, P.C., Ali spent nearly a decade honing his skills at two of the nation’s leading defense firms, where he represented some of the world’s largest companies in complex litigation and class actions. Ali graduated with honors in the top 5% of his class at Loyola Law School, where he was a senior editor for the Loyola Law Review.
Ali now uses those same skills to advocate on behalf of his consumer clients. Ali is committed to tenaciously advancing his clients’ interests through all aspects of litigation.
While Ali is a confident litigator and enjoys a fight, he also understands the importance of strategic settlements. Throughout his career, Ali has been involved in numerous high-value settlements, including those worth millions of dollars.
Ali’s dedication to his craft has earned him recognition, including being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2024. He is a member of the California Bar and admitted to practice in all California courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
